  Wow, so glad I found Res Mastering!  Nick has  provided endless help with refining tracks over the last few years. His broad range of experience, and genres, means working with him for mastering is an entirely different experience to other studio wizards I've worked with. Never afraid to challenge your assumptions, but always respecting your artistic direction. Superbly fast response to tracks I've sent over. Cannot recommend highly enough!   Nick simply a genius this gentleman has the kindest nature and heart the guy has a is amazing he has a way to make your ideas come to life. quite honestly I have worked with were many producers in my life but not many know how my mind vibes and  still respect my vibe this guy is so fast on the buttons you can barely see his hands move. for me music is a a union between people and Nick is the best man I've ever seen or worked with we've never fallen out not even a crossword in the studio this guy has always aim for me to be the best I can be this why he helped makes decisions on the slide the worst thing about a producer is when he doesn't listen to you Nick is all about making your dreams come true. so quite simply I say you will forfill your dreams in music with Nick And if you want to hear the music in your mind Then go search out Nick saga house in your life and he will find out the way to make things sound right. Hi I’m Nick Sagar-House. With over 18 years of experience in the music industry, I’ve built a diverse career as a music producer, mixing and mastering engineer, sound designer, and record label manager.

Since 2007, through my company Res Mastering, I’ve provided high-quality production, mixing, and mastering services to more than 50 record labels and 80 artists, helping shape their sound and elevate their careers.

Under my artist alias “Mechanimal,” I’ve gained recognition as a music producer and DJ. Since 2009, I’ve produced over 80 tracks, including a chart-topping debut album, and performed live in 12 countries. I’ve grown an organic following of over 10k, sharing my passion for electronic music with fans across the globe.

Alongside music production, I’ve always had a deep interest in sound design. As a freelance sound designer for Dance midi samples Ltd from 2010 to 2019, I developed best-selling sound libraries and released 21 products, while also gaining hands-on experience developing virtual instruments.

I founded Figment Records in 2013, where I managed all aspects of the label, including A&R, marketing, graphic design, and mastering. During my 4+ years at the helm, I signed 36 artists and released 104 tracks, with several earning airplay on BBC radio.

Through my journey in the industry, I’ve learned the importance of not only mastering skills but having the right support and mindset, which I now bring to my group mentor programs to help the next generation of music creators thrive.

Understanding My Guidelines for Seamless Collaboration

Working hours

9:30 to 16:00 (GMT+1) Monday to Friday.

Turn around time ranges from 2 hours to 7 calendar days.

Payment terms

Prices exclude VAT.

Invoices must be settled within 14 days by Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Overdue invoices may incur a €15 administration fee to cover additional processing and follow-up.

Clients with repeated late payments may be required to pay in advance for future services.

Please send files via Transfernow.net

I recommend 24bit WAV files with -6 dB headroom. Please ensure the sample rate matches the project’s (usually 44.1 kHz).

If you’ve used plugins on the master channel, kindly export a version without them.

Amendments

The first amendments listfor mastering services, is free of charge. This applies to my work and does not include revised tracks.

Revised tracks, additional amendments and administrative tasks are subject to a fee of €50 per hour.

Projects and exports

Projects will be backed up for 1 year after completion.

You may take the project files for a €50 surcharge.

Royalties, publishing and copyright

I don’t receive royalties from digital or mechanical sales unless I’m credited as an artist.

When I’m credited as an artist on the project, I receive an equal share of the publishing rights among all involved parties, unless I’m ghostwriting.

Writers retain copyright ownership.

Credits and ghost writing

Relevant credits should be included in the release metadata for sales distribution and publishing purposes.
